Lee Bolman became widely known after publication of his book Leading with Soul: An Uncommon Journey of Spirit, which had a profound influence on development of the theory of leadership. He is Professor and Marion Bloch/Missouri Chair in Leadership, Bloch School of Business and Public Administration, University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has worked as a consultant in corporations, state organizations, universities and schools around the world.
