 | On 5 June the SSE Russia held a seminar called "The role of innovation in battle for the consumer. The importance of reputation in modern business, or why companies need social responsibility". The seminar was organized together with British American Tobacco Russia. John Taylor, the General Manager of BAT Russia, and Turkhan Makhmudov, Director of Corporate Relations Department, BAT Russia, shared their knowledge and experience. The following issues were discussed: Innovations: a total craze or a tool for competitive struggle? How to develop innovation and present them in the market? What are the sources of forming reputation, and strategies of managing it? A British American Tobacco case study was studies and discussed. |
